일요일 아침의 멋진 그래블 라이딩. 아침 8시에 미르벨 공원에 도착했는데, 사람은 없었지만 몇 마리의 산토끼와 많은 해변 근처에서 조용히 깨어나는 흔적들을 보았습니다. 싱글 트랙과 트레일의 품질이 매우 좋고 잘 관리되어 있어 놀랐습니다. 다시 하고 싶습니다.

Superb climb to pass in front of the Madonna...especially when there are few cars :)

This expansive park is a protected natural area offering a multitude of outdoor activities, including mountain biking, hiking and water sports. Created in the 1970s, the park was developed to preserve the ecosystem while providing a place of leisure for residents of the region. It is also an important site for biodiversity, sheltering many animal and plant species.

Perfect climb for winter outings when it's very cold! The return via Rillieux is less pleasant but be careful of the wind if you go through Ain! For more advice, don't hesitate to follow us on all networks @chouchou_team

Very rolling and flat course that I know by heart even the corners lol. Ideal for family walks.

The fording of the overflow of the Lac des Flags into the Lac des Eaux Bleues is a well-known place in Miribel. The perspective when you are at water level is always nice. A part is reserved for pedestrians and cyclists.
