Super beautiful village of Bressan

Located in the heart of Dombes, Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne, formerly Châtillon-les-Dombes, is a medieval town full of character. Listed among the Most Beautiful Detours in France, it stands out for its preserved medieval heritage and unique architecture. Parts of this church date back to the 10th century. This church, with its rather low tower, is still clearly visible from afar when hiking in the area around Saint-André-d'Huiriat. The church is cordoned off, but there is a viewing gate at the entrance through which the interested visitor can view the interior.
