This almost 2,200-hectare city park to the east of Lyon is truly the green lung of the city. The city air in Lyon hardly benefits from this, but at least you have the opportunity to breathe deeply a few times. There are numerous lakes, bathing spots, nature trails, trails and places to rest. If you are looking for a piece of nature in Lyon, the best place to go is the Parc de Miribel-Jonage.

The space of the Miribel-Jonage park is huge, a real lung in the heart of this highly urbanized area at the gates of Lyon. Water park, mountain bike area, hiking area, bivouac or picnic area, everything is possible. What luck!

the park is mainly flat, and can get ridden with any gravel or touring bike. you can follow the numbered paths for bike, from 1km (path #1) to more or less 30km (#5). rides are available as gps tracks from the grandparc web site.

if you want to ride mountain bike, the #4 has the most single tracks, but this is still very easy (flat and not technically challenging), nevertheless very pleasant with nice parts in the woods.
