One of the prettiest towns in Wallonia.

A must-see in the region. It would be a shame not to stop there.

Sedan (Land of heroic deeds) The Ardennes massif is followed by a vast plain where the Meuse flows peacefully. This border region was at the crossroads of numerous invasions. Cities were fortified, castles became impregnable. History left a very heavy mark here. In the south, the landscape becomes softer, with a string of soothing undulations, a stark contrast to the battle that was fought there in 1870, in 1814, in 1940. Triggered? This beautiful climb begins at the water's edge in the village of Poupehan and ends in the hamlet of Corbion. The road is not busy, the slope is not too difficult and best of all, there is almost no traffic.

After a nice climb, you benefit from a very nice view of the Semois valley below.

The hamlet of Bohan is part of the municipality of Vresse-sur-Semois. In Belgium it has become the capital of tobacco growing. Its beauty attracts many visitors.

Bouillon is an old medieval city that has had a long military past. The community of the ‘Pearl of the Semois’ has managed to preserve some buildings and other remains over the centuries. “Witnesses from the past, the pride of the present”. On this meander of the Semois, the castle from the 10th century and several buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries have a history and know how to tell this history through their appearance…

This small town in the Ardennes is located at the confluence of the Chiers and the Meuse. The Eastern Canal also passes not far from its center where the Château de Remilly-Aillicourt is located, a private mansion built by a Sedan manufacturer in the 18th century.
