Incredibly beautiful scenery. Easy to drive in both directions. An absolute highlight.

As I've written many times before: It's a nice connecting road, but the asphalt needs to be repaired. And more and more vehicles are driving through this wooded area, sometimes very fast.

This is a very beautiful area with something for everyone. You can also go climbing there.

The first St. Martin's Church in Söhnstetten was probably founded between 500 and 750. The first written reference to a church and congregation here dates back to 1243. The church building at that time probably fell victim to the great fire of the Thirty Years' War (probably in 1634), when the entire village of Söhnstetten was burned and wiped out. Resettlement in Söhnstetten began in 1660, and the church was rebuilt six years later. By 1840, however, it was threatened with decay. In 1853, the people of Söhnstetten began building a new church. The new St. Martin's Church was consecrated on May 25, 1856.
