A footpath over a small bridge over the Trave River connects Lokfelder Heckkaten to Klein Barnitz. The Trave Valley is deeply cut into the beautiful landscape here. The paths are therefore quite steep, but the effort is rewarded by the picturesque view over the Trave River and meadows.

On the Via Baltica (German Way of St. James) you also walk for many beautiful kilometers along the Trave.
