Atypical castle certainly but inaccessible to obtain the same point of view as that of the shared photos. The visit of this castle is possible but paying. 8€ which are certainly worth it. You still need to be aware, and know that your bike must remain in the parking lot during this period.

The manor of Fourneux, Commune of Dampierre, is an old seigniory which belonged to the family of Grenouillon in the 16th century. Geoffroi de Grenouillon in 1514 was the first known owner. In 2005 the property was sold to Robert van der Meulen. Buildings, park and manor exterior, open on working days from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in July and August.
