At this location in the northern part of the large Rastatter Rheinaue nature reserve, you can observe the common tern from around April to October. A gravel island has been raised in front of the observation point. The point is on the edge of a heath-like meadow - the former site of a gravel works. Easy to reach by bike and if there is no high water, you can also take the circular route around the Wörthfeldsee. Only two of the three leads on this path force you to dismount if you don't have a stable bike.
