몽펠라(Mont Pelat, 3051m)는 프랑스 메르캉투르 산맥에서 가장 눈에 띄는 봉우리 중 하나입니다. 정상에서는 알프스 마리티메(Alpes maritimes)부터 지중해까지 인상적인 파노라마 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 인기 있는 등반 경로는 알로 호수(Lac d'Allos)에서 시작됩니다. 이 전망 좋은 산악 하이킹을 위해서는 발걸음의 안정성과 좋은 체력이 필요합니다.

Great (but tiring!) day hike from the Parking at Col de la Colette. Not to difficult...just long and with 1000 meters ascent and descent divided in 2 parts of 300hm and then another 700hm. The 360 views on top are breathtaking and worth it all!

The refuge offers a single dish at lunchtime, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. Moreover, its drinks menu is quite extensive and its blueberry tarts are delicious. The staff is very pleasant. Be careful, the refuge closes on September 15 and does not offer the possibility of taking refuge there in winter even without guarding…

Beautiful piece. This climb and the subsequent descent are not suitable for walking without specialist equipment. There isn't really a path.

The easiest summit of over 3000m in the Eastern Alps. No technical difficulty and relatively little difference in altitude. To do at the beginning (June) or end (September-October) of the season to avoid the crowds.
