A very nice hiking and climbing tour, but you should have a head for heights. The view from the summit makes you forget the effort. Our dog also managed it, but Lenchen needed support every now and then. We returned the same way because the suggested route was too dangerous. Locals gave us the information that there is actually no path there. So no round trip.

The Migouélou refuge is located on the banks of the eponymous dam lake at 2,278 meters above sea level. Nestled at the foot of a beautiful ridge with several peaks around 2,700 meters above sea level, it has 34 places.

Soum de Grum is a small summit dominating the mythical Col d'Aubisque at 1,870 meters above sea level. It offers a beautiful panorama over the summits of the Ossau valley and Western Bigorre.

The Pic de Pan faces the Col du Soulor, at an altitude of 1,200 metres. From up there you have a unique panoramic view of the Azun valley. The short detour via this peak will offer you a rather unique setting for a picnic. You can even try your hand at mountain cuisine in one of the inns in the valley.
