JAUJAC is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Tanargues mountains, Fabras hills and St. Cirgues de Prades. This diversity of landscapes makes this village, built along the Lignon river, a real gem.

I recommend La Motte, blue slope, as well as Chambelasse and Ranc Grand, green slopes, all three magnificent. Remember to bring a jersey for your arrival in Lignon, and a little change to taste a DRAC, the local beer brewed in the village.

A beautiful, fairly simple descent on a pretty dirt path, with a breathtaking view of the valley of Lalevade-d'Ardèche and Vals-les-Bains. It gets a little complicated at the end with hairpin turns on rough terrain, ideal for perfecting the nose-turn...

A path that connects Meyras to Pont-de-Veyrières, super nice downhill, and manageable uphill with good legs, or electric assistance.

Roman road linking Meyras to Neyrac-les-Bains. Stoned cliff but manageable by mountain bike in dry weather, otherwise it's quite slippery... More of a walking path, so watch out for pedestrians!

On a hiking path, a small passage which runs alongside a private botanical garden, then passes through the forest to finish on a slightly technical descent (large stones).

A short but pleasant descent, on a dirt road, then in the pretty streets of Meyras, to arrive at the Cévenol Market, where you can use a repair kit provided by the town hall, or enjoy a drink and a local specialty for finish a walk in style.
