The castle is located directly on the banks of the Elbe and cannot be overlooked due to its impressive (also colorful) construction. From the opposite bank, the castle shows its most beautiful side, especially in the late afternoon. On the site itself you should then take a lot more time.

Always nice, the view from the water side of Pillnitz Castle. Mostly there are many cyclists and pedestrians on the way.
