    No two days are the same here. We invite you to visit the 800-year-old cultural monument
    Gut Basthorst and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind you.

    At Gut Basthorst, traditional agriculture and forestry exist alongside modern, former stables and the manor house for weddings, company parties, conferences, trade fairs, concerts and markets.

    Above all, our atmospheric, traditional spring, autumn and Christmas markets attract many thousands of visitors every year.

    In addition, you can enjoy fresh, regional dishes all year round in our estate's own restaurant at the horse stable and the rose garden behind it and end the evening in one of the individually furnished hotel rooms on the farm or in one of the holiday apartments.
    The estate, with its over 30 buildings, has now become home to several medium-sized companies and traders, as well as a distillery, a gunsmith's shop, an antique dealer, a Swedish whiskey barrel warehouse and a restoration workshop. Their exclusive, often hand-made goods are manufactured and sold here on site.

            Good Basthorst has become famous far beyond the borders of the village as far as Hamburg. A variety of events, an exemplary leadership and great care of the estate, a farm market, various companies in the yard, from gunsmiths to interior design to the distillery - all worth a visit worth seeing.
