Hollfeld is located on the northern foothills of Franconian Switzerland and offers many opportunities for outdoor leisure activities. The Children's Adventure Trail is a shortened part of the Korat Hollfeld Memorial Trail. The circular hike leads from Hollfeld through the Kainachtal and offers adventure areas and information boards at various stations. The little ones can run across a barefoot field, play a wooden xylophone or crawl through a long, hollowed-out tree trunk. The flora and fauna of the area is explained on display boards. The hike starts at the outdoor pool in Hollfeld and runs on a forest path at the edge of the forest along the Kainachtal. From there there are beautiful views of the valley. The total length of the Korat Hollfeld Memorial Trail is about 6 km and the trail runs to Kainach. The children's adventure trail is a shortened variant that crosses the Kainach and the valley after about 2 km and leads back to the outdoor pool in Hollfeld on the opposite side. Various jogging routes are also signposted in the Kainachtal, which are between 3 km and 11 km long and are also well suited for a jogging tour with children due to the nature of the path. The path is easy to navigate with a stroller. Only on the way back (left side of the Kainachtal from Hollfeld) do you have to leave the signposted path, as this goes up the slope with stairs. The hiking trail in the valley continues and is easy to master. Shortly before returning to the outdoor pool, you pass an animal enclosure with goats, but you cannot enter it.
