Here, the place Kruft is over or starts. When you drive out of Kruft, according to the sign, nothing more comes, so you could think that here is the end of the world "Kruft"

The buildings of the Bahnerhof near Kruft, a former baroque moated castle, date from 1739, when the village itself still belonged to the Maria Laach monastery. The chapel in front of the farm was built in 1741. The surrounding former moat is still visible.
