The Berg Church in Deventer (Dutch: Sint-Nicolaas- of Bergkerk) was originally a Romanesque cruciform basilica and was rebuilt in the Gothic style in the 15th century. It is located on an old river dune in the Berg district and is used as an exhibition, concert, and conference space.

Deventer is known for its spice and honey cakes and the largest book market in Europe. In Deventer, you'll also discover many historical sights, such as the Proosdij, the oldest stone house in the Netherlands, dating back to the 12th century.
