The mill itself, once the powerhouse for grain grinding and sawing, is now a museum and a popular tourist destination. The demonstration of the rebuilt water wheel is particularly fascinating - a relic of the past that makes the mill's long history tangible. For anyone who wants to take a look into the past, there are regular tours that will make every technology lover's heart beat faster. If you're a little hungry, there are rustic bread and lard and sweet cakes, and the coffee tastes twice as good here.
