Magnificent panoramic point Highest peak of the so-called "Güggisgrat", which extends south of the Justistal over the Niederhorn to the Gemmenalphorn. Legend has it that this peak represents the ruins of a destroyed castle. The rocky outcrops that dominate the Justistal west of the peak give the impression of collapsed quarry stone walls. The peak is easy to reach thanks to the railway and the comfortable path.

The climb to the Gemmenalphorn can be strenuous depending on your level of fitness, but the effort is rewarded with breathtaking views of the Bernese Alps and Lake Thun. Pack plenty of water, snacks and weatherproof clothing, as the weather in the mountains can change quickly and is often quite brisk. There are several picturesque rest areas along the way that are perfect for a break and a picnic. The descent towards Vorsass offers a relaxing opportunity to enjoy nature and the picturesque mountain landscape.
