Beautiful crossing just before the waterfall

The Frischmannhütte is a mountain hut belonging to the Austrian Tourist Club in the north-south running Geigenkamm, a mountain range in the northern Ötztal Alps in Tyrol, Austria. It is located in the Fundustal, a side valley of the Ötztal Valley.

At the summit, you have a beautiful 360-degree view. If you start your hike from Umhausen, you can take the suspension bridge over the waterfall. The ascent via Niederthai is very pleasant throughout, with no dangerous sections. It gets a bit steeper at times, but it's always easy to walk, mostly shaded by the forest. With a good level of fitness, you can reach the top from the waterfall in just under 3 hours. ```
