Beautiful castle ruins, which were supposedly built as ruins from the start.

On the path leading up from the "Staatzer Speis" (Staatz Spit), you'll find an information panel drawn by the legendary graphic artist of the Geological Institute, Leo Leitner. The Reckturm (Stretcher Tower) marks the northwest corner of the fortifications. From 1830 onwards, the cemetery was located here, so this part of the city remained undeveloped, and the tower was preserved at its original height. The name Reckturm (Stretcher Tower) dates back to its use as a dungeon and place of "painful interrogation" in earlier times, when delinquents were imprisoned here and stretched, stretched, and tormented to force them to confess. In 1660, a female arsonist was executed by the Freimann (Freeman) in the Reckturm.

The Hanselburg is the artificial ruin of a hilltop castle. In 1800, Prince Johann I of Liechtenstein had the romantic artificial ruin built on the remains of an old local mountain complex as a hunting pavilion and snack bar.

The Rosengasse, part of the Loahmgstettn, is one of the most beautiful ensembles and is often the preferred motif for painters.

The summit is unfortunately a bit off the path in the middle of a field. There is a brick base with the inscription "TP". When the weather is clear, you can see as far as the Schneeberg from here.
