With its striking brick architecture, St. Henry's Church is an integral part of Wittenberge. Built in 1898 in the Neo-Romanesque style, it was later redesigned in the 1970s by the Dresden sculptor Friedrich Press after suffering war damage. The church is dedicated to Emperor Henry II, the Holy. The parish has existed since 1853 and belongs to the Archdiocese of Berlin.

The Historic Locomotive Shed in Wittenberge is a railway museum located on the grounds of the former railway depot and is one of the most important of its kind in Germany. The first locomotive shed was put into operation here as early as 1846, later followed by a rotunda with a turntable. Today, the museum houses over 40 historic railway vehicles, including steam locomotives, shunting diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, as well as freight and passenger cars. Highlights include the typical rebuilt steam locomotives of the 50.35 series, the small works locomotive "EMMA," and heavy freight locomotives. Visitors can tour Shed II, an impressive roundhouse dating from 1924 with a turntable and water towers, and experience the technology, the smell of coal and oil, and the polished machinery. The museum is run by associations and is a popular destination for technology enthusiasts and railway fans.

The harbor warehouses in Wittenberge are striking historical buildings on the Elbe harbor and a testament to the city's industrial past. The warehouses were built in two phases. The first, smaller warehouse was constructed in 1910, while two larger warehouse buildings were added between 1938 and 1939. In recent years, extensive development projects have been launched around the harbor warehouses to revitalize the area and make it suitable for both residential and commercial use.

The W. Brasch honey factory in Wittenberge was founded in 1907 by Wilhelm Brasch as a syrup and jam factory. Until the late 1920s, the company primarily produced sweet spreads. From 1929 onwards, various businesses used the site, a situation that continued until 2009. More recently, the historic building has undergone extensive renovation and been repurposed. Wilhelm Brasch's former residence will be offered as tourist accommodation in the future.
