わあけのおすすめツーリングルート

旧市街の中心は、3つの小塔に飾られた市庁舎のあるオーバーマルクトです。今日の多くの記念碑と同様に、建物は繰り返し追加され、変更されてきました。建設は1300年頃に始まり、1432年に南に拡張され、1532年に3つの塔を持つ木骨造りが追加され、1674年頃にバロック様式の外階段が市庁舎の建設を完了しました。オーバーマルクトには、通称「アイヒスフェルト大聖堂」と呼ばれる聖キリアクス教会もあります。豊かな調度品と2つの印象的な塔を持つこのカトリック教会は、1240年から1490年にかけて建設されました。これにより、ドゥーダーシュタットで最も古い建物の一つとなっています。 出典: https://www.ndr.de/ratgeber/reise/harz_suedniedersachsen/Duderstadt-Ausflug-ins-Mittelalter,duderstadt103.html

リュムスプリンゲ（Rhumspringe）自治体の特別なハイライトは、リュムクヴェレ（Rhumequelle）です。これは、のどかな場所に湧き出ており、ヨーロッパで最も大きく、最も水の豊富なカルスト泉の一つです。

橋のほとんどはサイクリングロードとして利用可能であり、サイクリストやハイカーは勾配の少ない緑豊かな道を利用できます。ルムスプリンゲでのみ、公式ルートは町を通っています。このルートで最も美しい未整備の viaduct は脇に置かれています。

Not much remains of it. These are ruins, some of which have been renovated. The lookout tower is closed, and there's no viewing platform or anything like that. Nevertheless, it's a good place to take a break (there are benches and a table) and enjoy the old ruins. An information panel is also available if you'd like to read a bit about the site.

The Klingenberg Spring has a lot to offer. You'll find a great resting place here, you can refresh yourself at the spring, and learn interesting facts from the information board. A visit here is definitely worth it!

Duderstadt is a town and independent municipality in the Göttingen district in southeastern Lower Saxony.
