Just before (or after) the dam is this hut, where you can also spend the night. It is the only good supply station up here. However, the café only opens from 12 noon and is closed on Mondays. This is something to keep in mind. There is an outside water tap for filling up water bottles. The toilets are only accessible with a code (as is the overnight accommodation) or during opening hours.

An unlit tunnel with a curve inside. The end cannot be seen. Good lighting and slow entry is very important. Cars can also drive on this road.

Attention you should have very good lighting on the bike, the tunnel is about 300 m long and very dark.

Amazing view over the valley below - "Ridden" the first week of June with the whole plateau still covered in snow resulting in a two day hike a bike up the valley. A welcome sight to see snow free roads at the bottom :)
