Irdning is a picturesque place at the foot of the mighty Grimmings and was first mentioned in 1140. The church of Saints Peter and Paul located there is documented in 1145. It is one of the oldest churches in the upper Ennstal. Most of the furnishings in the church date from the 17th and 18th centuries.
