The St. Nicholas Church is in Treia. Since the small river Treene flows through Treia, it is easy to explain why the church was dedicated to St. Nicholas, the patron saint of sailors. It bears the year 1757 on its western end. This year is a bit misleading, the church was enlarged in that year.
