キーンベルクにある静かな休憩所。ハイキング中の短い休憩に最適です。座席は木々に囲まれた心地よい場所にあり、さらに進む前に体力を回復する機会を提供します。ルート沿いの控えめながらも歓迎される立ち寄り場所です。

カルト・ウルシェル展望台は静かに道沿いにあり、周囲の景色を眺めることができます。森と開けた場所の間には、ホーエ・ヴァント周辺の丘や谷の広大な景色が広がっています。短い休憩に最適な場所であり、ルート沿いの価値ある写真撮影スポットです。

駅のSt. Egydenから鉄道に沿ってWiener Neustadt方面に進み、しばらくして左に曲がると、Föhrenwaldの真ん中にかつて壮麗だった家屋の遺跡があります。St. Egydenの自治体域に位置するこの「貴族の館」は、Dynamit Nobel社の火薬工場の最後の遺物です。

Directly on the Kienbergwiese meadow stands the lovingly crafted Trinity shrine, also known as the "Angel Chapel." Surrounded by meadows and forests, this small sacred site exudes a special sense of tranquility. The artfully painted angels and simple architecture make it a quiet highlight along the way—ideal for a short rest and a moment of contemplation amidst nature.

The Kienbergwiese is an idyllic, open space at the edge of the Kienberg forest. Surrounded by trees and often quiet and deserted, it invites you to linger. On a clear day, the view extends far into the surrounding countryside—a perfect place for a break, a picnic, or simply enjoying nature. It's especially atmospheric in spring and autumn.

The Irmasteig is a short but challenging trail that leads over steep terrain, rocky steps, and rooty passages. Partially exposed, but easily accessible – surefootedness and a head for heights are recommended. Along the way, beautiful views abound, especially toward the Hohe Wand and the valley below. An exciting section for experienced hikers who enjoy a bit of scrambling.

A little way from the Kienberg summit stands a striking iron cross, adorned with fluttering flags. The spot has a tranquil and almost mystical feel – and is rewarded with a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. A worthwhile detour for anyone seeking peace, panoramic views, and special places off the beaten track.
