One of the most historically significant mill complexes in the Rems-Murr district. The main building features a beautiful portal, a solid, extensively remodeled barn likely of late medieval origin, and an additional half-timbered mill building dating from 1857. The Häcker Mill takes its name from the members of the Häcker family, originally from Nußdorf near Vaihingen/Enz, who resided at the mill from 1708 onwards. They initially operated the mill as a fief of the Duchy of Württemberg and, at the latest by 1837, as its owners. The millers were always among the wealthiest citizens of the village and repeatedly held the office of village headman. The ensemble of main building, barn, and large outbuilding is one of the oldest and most important historical mill complexes in the Rems-Murr district.

The Sanitas Herb Garden e.V. and the Garden of the Senses were planned, designed and created by Eva Strehl with the help of volunteers between 1998 and 2002.

Beutelsbach's Old Town Hall was built in 1534 over what was likely an older vaulted cellar. The building originally probably had an open ground-floor hall. Around 1577, structural alterations took place, during which the ground-floor exterior walls were likely constructed. Large sections of the primary structure, as well as the entire roof framework, have been preserved from the 16th century. According to inscriptions, further construction work was carried out in the 17th century. The roof turret was added in 1691. Further structural changes in the 19th and 20th centuries mostly involved minor alterations. The last major project was the conversion of the first attic level in the 1980s.

The present church building in Beutelsbach, now part of Weinstadt in the Rems-Murr district, was consecrated in 1522. The late Gothic church with its west tower and single-nave nave was thus befitting the rising House of Württemberg. The chancel, the sacristy, and one of the stairwells with its Gothic net-vaulted ceiling have been preserved to this day.

The historic Vogelmühle (Bird Mill) is idyllically situated on the Rems River within the Lower Rems Valley landscape and nature reserve. It was built in 1864 by miller Lauer, along with a bakehouse. Until the late 1970s, flour was milled and bread sold at the mill, which had been acquired by Karl Vogel in the 1930s. In 1985, the property was auctioned off, and the city of Waiblingen won the bid. The Waiblingen municipal utilities took over the former mill building to harness its hydropower for electricity generation. The building and the turbine were extensively renovated.

A pedestrian bridge over the Rems river offers beautiful views of the river's mouth before it flows into the Neckar shortly afterwards.
