The climb from Ovada is very irregular and also has some descents. You have to constantly change gear.

Located on Piazza Assunta, the Chiesa Madre di Santa Maria Assunta is the central point in the old town of Ovada. A few bars right on the square invite you to take a short break.

The castle stands in a dominant position on a rocky spur overlooking the village of Cremolino, about 450 meters above sea level. The village itself is gathered around the castle and is enclosed by a second wall built in the 15th century 1460 by Isnardo Malaspina. Access to the castle is via a drawbridge.

This giant blue bench is located right on the pass (537 m above sea level) in the Cascina del Termo area. The view over the territories of the Beigua Regional Natural Park is incredible and worth all the effort to get there.
