印象的で豪華なマリンヴェルニ宮殿 🏤

ヴィラ・クレリチとその公園の複合施設は、ナヴィリオ・グランデの岸辺に面しています。このヴィラは、クリヴェッリ家の所有であった古代の貴族の邸宅の跡地に建てられています。古い歴史文書によると、18世紀の特徴を持つ庭園があり、ナヴィリオに向かって傾斜するテラスと、船着き場エリアにつながる壮大な階段がありました。18世紀には、この複合施設は特に建築的価値があり、庭園と並木道は手入れが行き届き、彫像で飾られていました。経済的な困難のため、19世紀中にクレリチ家はヴィラと庭園の両方を手放さざるを得なくなりました。所有者は建物を紡績工場/織物工場に変え、内部を変更し、庭園を放棄しました。1960年代には、ティチーノ公園から寄贈された樹木で庭園が植えられました。今日に至るまで、植物の野生的な成長は、庭園の元の建築にも部分的に損傷を与えていますが、

Due to financial difficulties, during the 19th century, the Clerici family was forced to sell both the villa and the garden. The new owners transformed the property into a spinning mill/weaving mill, modifying the interior and abandoning the garden. In the 1960s, the garden was planted with trees donated by the Ticino Park; to this day, the uncontrolled growth of the plants has partially damaged the garden's original architecture, although overall it retains a remarkable example of 17th-century architecture that evokes the splendor and magnificence of those times. The complex is currently privately owned.

Palazzo Malinverni is the elegant seat of Legnano's Town Hall, located opposite the basilica of the same name. Built and completed in 1908 by industrialist Antonio Malinverni, the building stands out for its eclectic style, blending Neo-Renaissance influences with Art Nouveau details. It is characterized by an imposing central clock tower on the façade.

It was a late 19th-century engineer, Eugenio Villoresi, son of the director of the gardens of Villa Reale in Monza, who envisioned extending the irrigation of the fields upstream from this imaginary line. He therefore designed a long canal connecting Lake Maggiore to the Adda River, using its waters to distribute, for a fee, to all the fields between the canal and the fountain line. Obtaining the government concession and securing the project's financing was certainly no easy feat; Villoresi did not see its completion, which took place in 1890, 11 years after his death.
