The Steinach river flows almost level between Steinach and Mitwitz. A footpath and cycle path runs along its banks, with several benches along the edge.

Especially recommended in the early morning. That's when numerous waterfowl congregate here.

Untersiemau Moated Castle stands in a park on the southern edge of the Upper Franconian municipality of Untersiemau in the Coburg district.
