This church, dedicated to San Cristoforo, is located in the hamlet of Montemaggiore. Situated on a ridge between the Samoggia and Lavino valleys, it is of recent construction, as the pre-existing one was almost completely razed to the ground on May 29, 1929, due to a strong earthquake with its epicenter in Montemaggiore.
