St. George's Church, Remse. Information: A Romanesque hall church, year of construction unknown. In 1712, a Baroque renovation was undertaken, which characterizes the church to this day. The church, including its furnishings, is of architectural, local historical, and urban planning significance.

Waldenburg Castle. Information: Built in the Historicist style, incorporating medieval architectural elements. It dates back to a castle built in the 12th century, presumably between 1165 and 1172.

Portal of Quiet Nature Enjoyment, in Grünfelder Park in Waldenburg. Information: Renaissance portal made of red sandstone, originally from Waldenburg Castle, which burned down in 1619. It bears an inscription from the park's founding: "To Quiet Nature Enjoyment." It was initially displayed as a ruin and received its current appearance after renovations in 1844.

The construction of a new hydroelectric power plant with its own feeder canal along the upper floodplain of Grünfelder Park took place between 1924 and 1926, involving the relocation of the Oberwinkler Bach stream. In 1924/25, a fixed concrete weir was built south of Kertzsch, which diverted the Mulde water to the power plant via the upper water channel.
