...it's all simply a stunning landscape with fantastic bike paths through the Harz foothills of the forests and fields, always close to the water around the dam. A detour via Lautenthal to Wildemann on the Innerste cycle path is also highly recommended...

The Bad Gandersheim-Lamspringe route is very idyllic, sometimes through a green tunnel, sometimes with views of the villages, surrounded by trees of the year and sculptures. A detour to the Brunshausen monastery complex, with its cafés and sculpture garden by the artist Bernd Löning, is well worth it!
