Bornhausen（Seesenの地区）のA7の下にある自転車道トンネルは、特にサイクリストや地元の通勤者にとって重要な役割を果たす興味深いインフラストラクチャです。このトンネルは、かつてのDerneburg–Seesen鉄道線路上の自転車道の part です。1990年に旅客輸送が廃止された後、この路線は快適な自転車道に改造されました（約2001年から2005年にかけて開通）。A7の下のトンネルは、自転車が急な上り坂や危険な交差点を克服する必要なく、高速道路を横断できるように設計されました。

ヴィルデマンの上のほうに位置し、山地の牧草地やヴィルデマンの街の美しい景色を眺めることができます。

The trail (S0) is easy to ride, but its length makes it quite strenuous. When wet, it's muddy in places, and it gets muddier from Lautenthal toward Wildemann. There are also often mud puddles.

It stands at the side of the road and you just slip past it if you're not paying attention.

Very well hidden. You only see it if you're standing right in front of it.

Swimming: It is generally possible to swim in the Upper Spiegeltal Pond. However, the shoreline is almost entirely densely overgrown, making it difficult to even reach the water in many places. Anyone wishing to swim here does so at their own risk, and the risks associated with the remote location should also be considered. Fishing: With the appropriate permit, fishing is permitted in the Upper Spiegeltal Pond. The water is primarily populated by brown trout. The pond is included in the "Upper Harz Ponds Fishing Map."
