The asphalt along the forest track has (finally) been resurfaced. But be careful of the gravel!

Be careful before Frauenreuth on the descent there is current (22.06.2025 rolling chippings) - no problem for the racing bike tires but be careful, it is a bit slippery.

What appears to be an unusual residential building is actually the Schloss Egmating Golf Club. Opposite is the Catholic parish office of St. John the Baptist and St. Michael.
