Always a beautiful place on the Mangfall near Grubmühle. For me, the rapids were the middle of my hike from Darching to Bruckmühl today. Absolutely to recommend.

The Riemer See (also known as the Buga Lake or bathing lake in Riemer Park) is an artificially created bathing lake in the east of Munich as part of the 2005 Federal Garden Show. In the new Munich district of Messestadt Riem, the landscape park planned by the French landscape architect Gilles Vexlard, the Riemer Park, was created . The Riemer See lies in the eastern part of this landscape park. It covers a pure water area of approx. 7.7 hectares and is on average 14 m deep, in a few places up to 18 m. In summer, when the water level is lower, you can sit on the steps in the water and put your feet in the cool water :)

Nice way. Calm. Unfortunately very busy on weekends and public holidays. But nature surpasses that, of course.
