The church was built between 1400 and 1430. Inside we find remains of Romanesque frescoes and a Vesperbild from the period 1515 to 1520.

The main "attraction" in the small village of Esterndorf is the pretty branch church of St. Leonhard, which lies on a small hill above the surrounding farms. It is a late Gothic hall from around 1500 with a polygonal chancel and ridge turret with pointed helmet. The façade is decorated with a sundial, among other things.

Community pond on the eastern outskirts of the municipality of Oberpframmern, beautifully surrounded by meadow orchards and a children's playground. The small jetty offers beautiful views over the water and the surrounding trees reflected in it. In the north-eastern part of the pond there is a bench and a memorial cross for fishermen.
