Opposite the Lübbesee there is a forest cemetery with a parking lot that is in use. It is a near-natural cemetery with mostly beeches. The 20-acre cemetery is surrounded by bogs with trees ranging in age from 20 to 160 years. Only biodegradable urns may be buried in this cemetery for a period of up to 99 years.
