On the 536 m high Heidenbuckel, south of the state-recognized resort of Grab, stands a reconstructed Roman stone watchtower with a palisade, rampart, and ditch, as well as a visualization of the Limes route. The Heidenbuckel is the second highest point of the Upper Germanic Limes; it was here that guard post 9/83 was located. Visitors can gain a particularly good impression of the Limes route through the "Limes Visualization." Baden-Württemberg's first Limes educational trail begins at the tower. During the warmer months of the year, the Limes Cicerones usually man the watchtower on Sundays and public holidays from May to October from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Those wishing to visit the tower outside of these hours can obtain the key at Landhaus Noller near the nearby Marhördt golf course.

The Juxkopfturm in Spiegelberg is a 22-meter-high observation tower that sits on the Juxkopf (533 m above sea level). It was built in 1932 by the Swabian Alb Association from wood on a concrete base and offers excellent panoramic views. From the platform you can overlook the valleys of the Neckar, Rems and Jagst, as well as see the Swabian Alb and the Northern Black Forest. The tower is open on Sundays and public holidays from the beginning of April to the end of October. When the weather is nice, it is a popular place for hikers and day trippers who want to enjoy the breathtaking view.

From the beginning of April to the end of October, the hut is open to anyone who wants to have a good time in nature. So, grab your hiking gear, get ready for a bit of "jux" and head off to the mountains!

The Juxkopf bird trail in Spiegelberg was set up by the NABU group Jux with 21 information boards. The hand-colored signs depict 70 native birds from 14 families. The trail leads through the beautiful Swabian-Franconian Forest and offers not only exciting bird watching opportunities, but also information about nesting caves and botanical features of the region.
