Uhrda linden trees can be found in the Döbritschen Forest. The town of Uhrda, hence the name of the location of the linden trees, also fell victim to the Saxon Civil War around 1445 between the brothers: Duke William III and Elector Frederick II.

A superb vantage point with a stamping station, a stone platform, and plenty of seating. The Kötsch and the surrounding forests can be visited at any time of year. At night, it's a great place for stargazing. If the visibility is clear, you can even make out the villages and towns beyond the Ettersberg.

Here, children of all ages can be creative.

For the third time, we set out to indulge in the AdventureWalk. Magdala is the second VP of the 30km route, and with it, a truly delicious potato soup. And this year, a beer to go with it.

Beautiful hiking destination. Can be hiked either as a 3-tower circuit or individually. Highly recommended
