...a beautiful walking path along these meadows. Beautiful views all year round in the Oleftal, in April/May with a yellow carpet of flowers. 👌

The 30-metre observation tower was built at the end of 2014 to replace the previous tower that stood here from 1973 to 2011. Climb up the 147 steps to enjoy a panoramic view of your surroundings from an elevation of 720 metres.

Great location, definitely worth a visit. If you look closely at the stone you can still see parts of the writing that was once there. Unfortunately the writing is almost illegible due to shrapnel etc.

This natural spectacle is definitely not to be missed. Every year from March to May, millions of daffodil flowers bloom in the Oleftal.

Simply fantastic at the flowering time - but unfortunately also totally overcrowded. So it is better to choose one day of the week instead of hiking there at the weekend. But other than that it's always nice...

We were quite early (04/03/23), but with the best weather! 🌞 It was all the nicer to see the first daffodils 🌾 who had found their way out into the open! 👌😎
