The 62.3 km long Este (Low German Eest) is a left tributary of the Elbe in Lower Saxony and Hamburg. In the first written mentions the Este is referred to as Eschete. The ash tree (Germanic *aski-) is probably the naming motif of the river. (Source: Wikipedia)

I like being on the Elbe. If I can, I ride the route that runs along the Elbe with the wind, because the wind has a particularly strong effect there.
