Starting point on the Gösleswand. From here you can get your first view towards the Großklockner massif.

The "most beautiful altar of God" - that's what many call the Löbbentörl at 2,770 meters above sea level in the eastern Venice Group. This beautiful Törl in the middle of the rock and ice giants of the Venice massif can be reached via the Innergschlöß glacier path or via the Froßnitztal and the Badener Hütte. The mountain tour over the Innergschlöß and the glacier path requires good physical condition, a head for heights and sure-footedness. Just below the Törl, old snowfields can still be crossed even in midsummer.

After the steep climb over rock slabs, you have a view in all directions

We hiked from the Eisseehütte to the Johannishütte. Since the rope-secured passage is ascended from the direction of the Zopertscharte (easy climbing up), we found it easier. We also found the descent to the Johannishütte easier. The difficulty is difficult to classify. We are mountain hiking experienced and passed the passage well in bright sunshine. I without a climbing harness, my wife (not 100% free from giddiness) with me to calm down.

First of all: the marking of the Zopetscharte is wrong. The Zopetscharte is a rugged rock transition from the Eisseehütte to the Johannishütte.
