You should definitely climb the Risco verde. A magnificent view rewards the effort

Try to be there as early as possible. Tourists crowds are insane. Road is extremely steep and narrow with many rental cars warriors looking to kill you. Scenery is mesmerizing so take a break and enjoy

A small "picture book" Dirf built in terraces. Very nicely done. You should have some fitness for the stairs.

What a giant Teide is becomes clear here at the foot of the mountain. The sign gives it away: you are already at an altitude of 2,250 meters at this point. And yet you have to tilt your head back to look up at the crater of the island volcano and thus at the highest Spanish mountain.
