Fossilized dinosaur footprints were found during the construction of the Transjurane highway. An original plate is visible here - protected under a tent roof and separated by protective fences. The botanical garden in Porrentruy is one of the oldest of its kind in Switzerland. It was created in 1798 by order of Paris after the city was annexed by France.
