The harbor warehouses in Wittenberge are striking historical buildings on the Elbe harbor and a testament to the city's industrial past. The warehouses were built in two phases. The first, smaller warehouse was constructed in 1910, while two larger warehouse buildings were added between 1938 and 1939. In recent years, extensive development projects have been launched around the harbor warehouses to revitalize the area and make it suitable for both residential and commercial use.

As you travel along the Elbe dike, you will have a wonderful view of the Elbe valley meadows and the course of the Elbe River.

The name of the "highlight" doesn't really fit here. Schnackenburg and Pevestorf are located on opposite sides of the Elbe. However, the section where the highlight is marked is located between Lütkenwisch and the Lenzener Schutzhafen.

There are many beautiful places around the lake to stop and enjoy nature.

The Moorblick Boberow observation tower offers an impressive panorama of the Rambow Moor and the surrounding nature. The tower is a great spot for nature watchers and bird enthusiasts, as you can observe rare birds such as the Great Bittern. The “Bitterdommelturm” is part of the EU-LIFE project “Rambower Moor”, which is dedicated to protecting this valuable landscape. An ideal place for nature lovers and photographers! A short stop is worth it.
