One of the many small nature reserves along the trail. We even saw turtles from a distance, but they quickly dived away as we approached. They would have been easier to observe if we had lingered behind the wooden wall for a while. There's also a table and bench for a rest. The path is probably quite overgrown in summer.

It takes its name from the Cumignano Social Promotion Association "La Libellula" which received the space in concession from the Consorzio Incremento Irrigazioni Cremonesi. It includes the area around the Gorgo della Ghiacciaia, a widening of the Naviglio Nuovo Pallavicino just before it flows into the Naviglio Grande Pallavicino, with an adjoining waterfall. It is an area equipped with tables, chairs and benches in the shade of various plants. All the greenery is looked after by the members. There is also a non-drinking water fountain which can still be useful for cooling off. A very pleasant stop
