A beautiful oasis of peace. Although it's the highest point in the Kulmich district, the view can only be enjoyed from the path between Brumberg and Bärenplatz.

My favorite place 🥰 I take the opportunity to visit it by bike as often as possible and enjoy the silence. Unfortunately, you can't enjoy the view directly at the summit, but there are some great views on the way there.

The new observation tower is modeled after a pine cone. At over 45 meters high, the tower offers views across the Franconian Forest, the Fichtel Mountains, and Thuringia. The ascent leads via an external staircase equipped with generous platforms. Here, visitors can pause for a moment and admire the natural surroundings. At the end of the climb, a viewing platform awaits, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view. For those unable to climb the stairs, there's also a solution: a 360-degree camera at the highest point of the tower allows visitors to admire the view from the comfort of the information center or even online.

A great highlight. A new tourist attraction. In addition to the stunning view from the tower, the surrounding area has also been beautifully designed.

More than 200 steps lead up to the final platform of the over 40-meter-high observation tower at Pressecker Knock. On a clear day, you can see from the Fichtel Mountains to Thuringia. The tower is open daily and free of charge. A parking lot is located 150 meters away. At the base of the tower, there are bike racks, lockers, and plenty of great play equipment for young and old. Always worth a visit. 5⭐
