Ludwig Ganghofer Hut The hut, built in 1985, is named after Ludwig Ganghofer. The cozy interior, which is accessible at all times, invites you to linger. Ludwig Ganghofer spent the formative years of his childhood and youth in Welden.

The Friends of Nature House “St. Klaus ”is located in the northern part of the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder nature park, approx. 15km from Gersthofen in Gablingen / Lützelburg in the Muttershofen district. The house offers a quiet place to relax. A large children's playground ensures that the little ones can let off steam, while the grown-ups relax on the sun terrace with drinks and food. The St. Klaus Hut is open on public holidays and at the weekend from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
