The ferry runs every day between Snaptun and Endelave. If you want to cross with your own vehicle, it is worth reserving in advance. As a pedestrian, you can usually find a spot. All information about travel times and prices can be found here: https://mf-endelave.dk/.

The beach meadows at Endelave Strandvej are called ”Flasken” and are a nature reserve consisting of mudflats. At ”Flasken” there is a bird tower with boards where you can see which birds can be seen at the Bottle. In general, Endelave is a very bird-rich island. However, the largest concentrations of birds are not found on Endelave itself, but on the sea, especially in the north of the island. Large parts of the sea area between Endelave, Tunø and Samsø are less than 10 meters deep, and such shallow areas form an ideal pantry for a large number of diving ducks and swimming birds, among other things, through easily accessible mussel beds. Endelave harbor contains both a ferry connection and a marina. The ferry port The Endelave ferry sails daily between Endelave and Snaptun ferry port. The trip takes about 60 minutes and offers a view of Møllegrunden with the many seals as well as guinea pigs and many birds. The ferry takes cars, bicycles and caravans - but it is necessary to reserve a place in advance. The ferry was built in 1995. It can carry up to 246 passengers. There is a kiosk on board. For more information about timetables, prices etc. visit www.mf-endelave.dk/ Endelave marina: The harbor has been expanded with new facilities and an additional harbor basin, so there is now room for 100 guest sailors. There are also many nice barbecue areas and a new service building with toilets, shower, kitchen, washing machine and dryer. There is plenty of space out of season (as seen in pictures from April), but in summer the marina is very busy. There is also a grill bar at the marina where you can rent bikes.
